If you are experiencing an emergency,

please phone ‘000’  OR  '1300 642 255' immediately.

Alternatively, you can go to your closest Accident & Emergency room at your local hospital.

1300 642 255 = Mental Health Access Line (MH CALL). This is a 24hr / 7 days a week Queensland Public Mental Health service where they are able to perform a Mental Health Triage and refer you to the correct Acute Care Team.

Our clinicians are not able to answer calls while in session.
